This is a strategic leadership role that offers the opportunity to drive business growth while fostering community and referral source relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Campaign Development: Design and implement advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract target audiences.
Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships within the community and with key referral sources.
Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate partnerships with media outlets, affiliates, and other relevant organizations.
Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, case managers, and social workers on strategic planning and business development efforts.
Requirements:
Education: A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is desirable.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in marketing and management, with a preference for candidates experienced in long-term care (LTC) marketing.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance payer systems.
Additional Considerations: A clinical background is highly beneficial.
