Home Health Field Marketer needed for RGV Upper/Mid Valley
Job Types: Full-Time HH Marketer with Adult/Pedi experience.
Requirements:
Establish relationships with referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, case workers, DME/Infusions companies
Prepare presentations of the company’s various home care services to present to referral sources
Educate referral sources on the components of home health care services and explain the interrelation of these services
Continual evaluation of the company’s marketing strategies to advise management on effective strategies and suggest changes
Prescreen patients referred by physicians, hospitals, and case workers for home health needs, eligibility, and status
Serve as a liaison between hospital discharge planners by visiting patients to ensure a smooth transition to the patient’s home
Qualifications:
Good oral and written communication
Pleasant and outgoing personality with strong customer service
Must be highly organized and have PC proficiency
Must have good time management skills and able to multi-task
Prior direct sales experience required
Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver’s license
