Overview
We are seeking a Community Relationships/Outreach Coordinator to represent our high standard of care and professionalism within the community. Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with referring offices, ensuring regular visits and coordinating appreciation treats and materials.
Organize and represent the company at community events such as factory health fairs, trade shows, and other outreach opportunities.
Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with company goals and initiatives.
Track and report outreach activities and their impact on patient referrals and brand awareness.
Provide educational materials and resources to community partners to enhance their understanding of our services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-up with referring partners.
Stay informed about local events and networking opportunities to maximize our presence within the community.
Job Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with company goals.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software to track outreach efforts and results.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular travel to referral offices and events.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related field.
Experience in dermatology or healthcare is a plus.
