We’re seeking a skilled Sourcing and Pricing Analyst who can optimize our pricing strategy to meet the needs of our retail partners while maintaining a competitive edge and profitability.
Position Overview: The Marketing Director for Owned Brands will oversee and execute the marketing strategy for BBC’s portfolio of in-house brands. This role requires a strategic thinker who can blend brand storytelling with consumer-centric marketing, drive digital and traditional marketing initiatives, and manage budgets, partnerships, and team leadership. The Marketing Director will ensure alignment with overall business objectives and drive growth through innovative marketing campaigns.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
Develop and oversee the marketing strategy and execution for all BBC-owned brands, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
Identify future trends and opportunities related to brand storytelling, consumer engagement, and market positioning.
Develop and execute 360-degree marketing plans, integrating digital, retail, events, and grassroots initiatives.
Budget & Financial Oversight
Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring financial approvals and tracking with Finance.
Oversee budget allocation for creative production, events, partnerships, and paid digital strategy.
Track and manage wholesale marketing budgets and financial reporting.
Digital & Paid Media Strategy
Build and execute paid digital marketing strategies, including advertising on Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, MNTN, and other emerging platforms.
Identify new digital marketing mediums and innovations to enhance brand reach and engagement.
Develop digital strategy budgets and oversee execution, ensuring optimized digital spend.
Creative & Content Development
Work hand and hand with Creative Director on creative assets, including photoshoots, video production, and brand campaigns.
Work with agencies and internal creative teams to develop compelling brand messaging and visual content.
Collaborate with the Creative Director and Web Developer to ensure seamless digital execution.
Product Drops & Promotional Coordination
Work with the Brand Ambassador to develop and coordinate promotional cadence, drop schedules, and event activations.
Oversee cross-functional coordination to meet deadlines for product launches and campaign execution.
Manage outreach and partnership programs to align with new collections and brand initiatives.
Work with wholesale partners and international teams to align on branding and drop schedules.
Events, Partnerships & Outreach
Oversee brand activations, retail partnerships, and consumer engagement initiatives.
Work with the Global Sales team to procure marketing needs for retailers and distributors.
Lead collaboration with partners, including media agencies, brand ambassadors, and event organizers.
E-commerce & Website Management
Ensure product listings, promotional banners, and email marketing campaigns are executed on schedule.
Knowledge of Shopify ecommerce to oversee coordination between web developers and marketing teams to optimize the digital customer experience.
Work with e-commerce partners to enhance Amazon and third-party marketplace presence.
Team Leadership & Reporting
Manage, train, and mentor a team, including the Creative Director, Web Developer, and Digital Strategy team.
Compile and issue monthly digital reports, performance analysis, and post-promotion results.
Continuously optimize marketing efforts based on data insights and consumer trends.
Skills and qualifications needed:
10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, and product marketing within fashion, footwear, or consumer goods industries.
Strong background in budget management and financial planning.
Expertise in paid media, influencer marketing, and Shopify e-commerce strategy.
Ability to manage multiple brands and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
