Visio Hype is seeking an organized and proactive Marketing & Communications Assistant to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives and client communication efforts. This role involves working closely with the marketing and communications team to ensure the company’s messaging aligns with its values and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, including print materials and event promotions.
Support the creation and distribution of company newsletters, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
Maintain communication with clients to provide project updates and gather feedback.
Help organize and prepare materials for presentations, events, and client meetings.
Track marketing campaign performance and prepare reports for review by the marketing team.
Coordinate internal communication efforts to keep staff informed about updates and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous experience in marketing or communications is a plus.
