Role Overview
The Green Furnishing is seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive to spearhead our digital marketing efforts, lead generation, and social media presence. You will collaborate closely with the founder and our internal team to implement effective marketing strategies, driving brand awareness and sales without requiring extensive onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Digital Ads:
Optimize and manage SEO to improve our website’s Google ranking.
Run Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to generate qualified leads.
Monitor and adjust campaign performance for maximum ROI.
Social Media & Content Marketing
Create and schedule 2-3 engaging posts per week across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google My Business, and XHS.
Develop compelling short-form videos, photo collages, and reels for promotional use.
Ensure all content aligns with The Green Furnishing’s brand identity and sustainable living values.
Website & Email Marketing
Update and optimize website content for enhanced user engagement and conversion.
Craft and schedule email newsletters to nurture leads and inform existing customers about new products and promotions.
Ideal Candidate
Intermediate English (Spoken and written), Basic Malay (optional – Spoken and written is highly preferred)
Basic experience in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation.
Basic familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and content marketing.
Ability to create engaging content and short-form videos for social media.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Experience in the furniture or sustainable living industry is a plus but not required.
A passion for growing a brand with a small tightly knitted team.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive monthly salary ($1,900-$2200 depending on experience).
