This is an exciting opportunity to join a disruptive, fast-growing startup and get hands-on experience across all areas of marketing. You’ll be working closely with our founder and marketing team to execute campaigns, engage our audience, and help shape the future of Fussy.
What you’ll be doing
Supporting the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, paid ads, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations.
Assist the marketing lead with shoot production, from sourcing props to writing shot lists.
Helping to engage and manage our online communities across Facebook and Instagram.
Work with the social media manager for any extra hands on content creation.
Helping to monitor and report on key marketing metrics like engagement, website traffic, and conversions, using insights to improve future campaigns.
Keeping an eye on competitors and industry trends to help us stay ahead of the game.
Getting stuck into any new marketing initiatives, whether it’s launching a new product, supporting our retail team, or planning an event.
Rolling up your sleeves and helping wherever needed in a fast-paced startup environment!
Who you are
You have some experience in a marketing role, ideally within a D2C brand, eCommerce, or agency.
You’re creative and full of ideas for engaging content and marketing campaigns.
You’re proactive and always looking for ways to improve—whether it’s testing a new campaign or coming up with fresh ideas.
You’re organised and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
You have an interest in sustainability, wellness, and making a positive impact—we’re all about people, planet, and pits!
You’re a team player but also happy to take ownership of your work and run with it.
Bonus points if you have experience with Meta Ads, TikTok, Klaviyo, or influencer outreach—but not essential!
What we offer

A salary of £25,000 – £35,000 depending on experience

Our first product, a refillable deodorant is now the UK’s top rated natural deodorant and has blessed the armpits of everyone from Holly Willoughby to some very known Dragons’.
