As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and business growth in this vibrant and competitive market.

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives

Create and manage engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales

Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools and key performance indicators

Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services

Contribute to the development of marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources

Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, particularly those relevant to the Dubai market

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the Dubai or UAE market

Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, brand management, and campaign promotion

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various mediums (web, social media, email, and marketing collateral)

Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and campaigns

Excellent organizational and planning skills, with keen attention to detail

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners

Familiarity with the local culture and business practices in Dubai is a plus
