Job Description:
Assist for the development and delivery of Marketing campaigns from goal setting, promotion mechanics, customers’ optimization, to flawless program execution on all media channels and in-stores
Assist to drive refreshing new content ideas through A/B testing, using a myriad of consumer touchpoints from EDM, Out-of-Home, social media, Digital Marketing etc
Assist to distribute all press related assets in Singapore, including press releases, products/new line pitches and media stories
Assist to prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance analysis to measure performance and devise process improvements and translate results into actionable insights.
Assist to monitor the annual marketing budget and expenditure for maximum returns
Assist to build a solid network of strategic brand partners, key industry players, and vendors to continuously increase and grow market share
Assist in the execution of compelling marketing campaigns, driving paid and non-paid marketing performance in order to attain our loyalty, acquisition, engagement and revenue goals for eCommerce channel
Guard and groom the Marketing Pillars to improve and optimize Marketing operations with best-in-class standards and excellence: Campaigns, social media, KOL/PR, Partnerships, Digital Communications
Work in tandem with a team of designers to ensure timely completion of artwork and deliverables with high quality and creativity
Be a part of the Customer Experience team in resolving customer feedback and inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all touchpoints
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Marketing or related disciplines
At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience in retail, F&B, omni-channel or direct-to-consumer brand environment
Familiar and fluent with marketing tools including Google Analytics, Email automation, CRM
Able to work independently with minimum guidance, yet a good team player in group management setting
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Sensitive to numbers, trends, revenue, with a strong analytical mind and a desire to constantly deliver better results
Meticulous in work and able to prioritize responsibilities
Equipped with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
