Your Key Accountabilities
Coordinate and execute planned marketing and sales activities/campaigns to create market awareness.
Assist in preparation of marketing collaterals (digital/physical) such as brochures, banners, videos, campaigns, etc.
Liaise with advertising agencies, media suppliers, and other external parties/vendors for marketing/advertising related matters and ensure quality and timely delivery.
Assist in APDL application/renewal.
Conduct market research.
Ensure compliance to relevant statutory requirements at all times, including QESHMS in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, International Standards, local regulations, code of practices, and legal requirements.
Take responsibility for prevention of work-related injury and ill health.
Job Requirements
Degree in Marketing/ Business Studies/ Real Estate Management or equivalent.
1 – 2 years of related working experience in marketing.
Basic knowledge on building/property specifications, knowledge on property valuation would be a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and able to thrive independently.
