Position: MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Description:
Assist in producing marketing materials, including brochures, calendars, flyers, posters, and banners.
Liaise with printers and designers to produce marketing materials and facilitate production and delivery.
Maintain inventory and conduct stock takes of marketing materials and corporate gifts.
Source and liaise with suppliers and vendors to produce customized corporate gifts.
Create weekly Facebook posts for the different services in Active Global.
Film, edit, and post Tik Tok videos to recruit caregivers and healthcare assistants based on viral Tik Tok trends.
Support event coordination, including conferences,
community events
, outreach programs, and manage booth setups.
Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining marketing calendars.
Pack and deliver goodie bags.
Requirements:
Diploma in Marketing is an added advantage.
5-day work week (weekends may be required).0-1 year experience in a marketing role or an internship is preferable.
Some
hands-on experience
using social media platforms.
Strong written and verbal
communication skills
.
Attention to detail
and ability to multitask.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with
design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
