Key Responsibilities
Overseeing all trade marketing activity and planning both commercial & marketing activities.
Handle customer relations (online & offline), manage enquiries across all touch points and assist with order fulfilment.
Ensure that all product information such as pricing,
promotion
and stock levels are up to date.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Facebook/Instagram and other social media ads.
Create relevant social media content for target audience to increase brand and product awareness.
Manage e-commerce website and online marketplaces, including creation of new and updating existing product listings.
Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum O-level/NITEC
education
level.
Has 1-2 years of marketing experience in any industry.
