Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team at Aksara Jewellers. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in planning, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns for digital and offline channels (social media, email marketing, events, etc.)
Work closely with the sales team to create strategies that support business growth.
Manage social media profiles, create content, and analyze engagement.
Monitor trends in the jewelry industry and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for advertising, promotions, and events.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.
Assist in organizing brand activations, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Contribute to the creation of visual assets and creative materials for marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the Retail industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (including social media, Google Ads, email marketing, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and assess campaign performance.
Retail industry experience is a plus.
