The Marketing Team

The Marketing team’s core purpose is to drive acquisition and retention activity through marketing outputs, including but not limited to physical and virtual events, website, email, video, and social media activity.

We’re looking for a hands-on B2B marketing executive with a can-do attitude to work within a

dynamic team to deliver results for our clients. You’ll be eager to develop your skills and make your

mark on our fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Executing event & marketing strategies for our clients, including coordinating the internal and external stakeholders involved.

Liaising with several stakeholders, including clients, fund managers, colleagues, suppliers, and business partners.

 Content creation and management across marketing materials, emails, websites, and social media.

Event planning, organisation, and management – both in-person events and virtual (via Zoom and ON24 platforms).

Liaising with financial compliance to sign off marketing materials.

Proactively gather post-event feedback from the sales team and provide recommendations to inform future event planning and execution.

Generate reports and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Creating and posting social media content.

Researching new marketing, event, and content ideas, including competitor analysis.

Ad hoc projects as required, as part of the wider marketing & events team.

Candidate Profile

At least a second class degree.

A self-motivated & confident individual with good initiative and a desire to learn.

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

A passion for excellent customer service.

Self-motivated and able to manage own workload to meet deadlines.

Strong content and creative writing skills.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Works well in a team environment.

Able to adapt and work within a fast paced environment.

Knowledge of the financial services industry.

Knowledge of event processes and platforms (in person and virtual) is preferable.
