Key Responsibilities
Preparation & delivery of Marketing Plan with key objectives.
Provide support in planning and executing activations and strategies
Content creation, social media marketing strategy development and management of the establishment’s social media handles
Plan and run digital marketing strategies
Form strategic partnerships with industry partners to establish brand presence in the current competitive F&B landscape
Media monitoring and customer relationship management on digital platforms
Reporting of digital analytics and activations for stakeholders’ meetings
Support in event conceptualization, planning and execution
Coordinate with PR and Operational Teams to develop marketing activities and communications plan to drive conversion and results
Ensure timely, accurate and clear information are disseminated to the respective departments and management
Identify and evolve with Industry trends
Others
Event planning, organization and execution.
Preparation of digital analytics and marketing reports for stakeholders’ meetings
Management of marketing expenses
Liaison with strategic partners and external vendors
Ensure that all marketing communications and collaterals are up to date
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent preferred
At least 2-3 years of Marketing experience would be an advantage
Adequate knowledge of the F&B Industry would be an advantage
