Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to promote our IVF and fertility services through offline marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in healthcare marketing, patient engagement, and referral networking to drive patient inquiries and build
brand awareness
.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement offline marketing strategies to increase patient footfall.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with gynecologists, general physicians, and referral doctors to generate patient leads.
– Plan and execute awareness programs, medical camps, and fertility seminars in hospitals, clinics, and corporate sectors.
– Coordinate with hospitals, NGOs, and local communities to enhance the center’s reach.
– Handle corporate tie-ups and institutional partnerships to expand the patient base.
– Manage promotional materials like brochures, pamphlets, and standees for outreach programs.
– Conduct market research to understand patient needs, competition, and potential areas for growth.
– Track referral conversions and follow up with doctors and patients to ensure seamless
communication
.
– Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to optimize future strategies.
Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in IVF, fertility, or hospital marketing.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Strong experience in doctor networking, patient referrals, and offline marketing activities.
– Excellent
communication

– Ability to travel for field marketing, networking events, and promotional activities.
– Good understanding of hospital marketing trends and patient engagement strategies.
