W Costa Navarino is looking for a Marketing Executive. The selected candidate will report to the Marketing Manager to assist in the implementation of the marketing plan for W Costa Navarino and to drive hotel brand awareness. Specifically, the W Costa Navarino Marketing Executive will perform the following tasks to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
Develop and monitor a detailed time plan and roadmap for all activities
Implement a diverse set of actions as set by the Marketing Manager in order to efficiently and effectively implement Hotel Programming and Events
Support with designing creative materials for Internal & External Communications
Develop, organize and execute inhouse communication of the Hotel so as to maximize awareness for events and programming and also increase customer satisfaction and engagement
Develop Content to drive Brand engagement via successful and efficient collaboration with selected content providers and via strong coordination with the operation so that during photo shootings the operation is not disrupted and the needs of the photo shooting are met
Monitoring and managing social calendar
Support, monitor and develop collaterals needed by hotel (Design, Restaurants, Food, Experiences)
Coordinate and prepare all Sales Marketing materials to ensure effective communication of W Costa Navarino in all Sales channels Work with our Agencies in order to generate new ideas
Develop and design new ideas based on competition analysis and research. Also work with agencies to develop new concepts and ideas
Development and continuous update on reports and analysis to support collaborations with sponsors and third parties as well as understand and maximize the ROI of the Marketing activities
Requirements
Min 2 years in marketing and preferably in hotel marketing management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to analyze, research and understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges
Intermediate level of IT skills including Adobe, PowerPoint, photoshop, canva & In-design
Proven organizational and planning skills
