QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
2+ years’ experience in beer, wine and spirits industry
In-depth knowledge of different beer styles, brewing techniques, and tasting processes.
Strong presentation, training, and leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze market data and tailor training programs accordingly
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
Professional certifications related to beer tasting and brewing (e.g., Cicerone Certified Beer Server) will be an asset
Proficiency in a second language is an advantage
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and digital tools
Willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork.
Able to reside in Izmir
JOB DESCRIPTION
Implement comprehensive training programs on experimental techniques
Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team, distributors, and retailers to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
Organize events to educate business partners about products and brands
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify and meet training needs
Develop effective training materials such as manuals, videos, and presentations
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Support field teams during new product launches to ensure proper and effective product and brand communication
