Who We Are:

The Atlanta Community Food Bank is working to end hunger in our community with the food, people and big ideas needed so that no one worries where their next meal is coming from. Since 1979, we’ve been providing food for a growing network of nonprofit partners – including food pantries, community kitchens, childcare centers, night shelters and senior centers. We currently serve more than 700 partners in 29 counties across metro Atlanta and north Georgia.

About the Role:

The Marketing Specialist II will be instrumental in collecting, updating, and maintaining materials and information related to the Food Bank’s brand and public facing assets. This person will maintain collateral inventory, manage vendor relationships, and assist with marketing data collection. Additional responsibilities will include editing and proofreading marketing materials, as well as facilitating building environmental design updates.

What You’ll Do:

Coordination of Documents, Data, and Collateral Materials

Coordinate and collate content for marketing campaigns/graphic materials.

Maintain photo/video catalog in Digital Asset Management system.

Collect information/data for monthly marketing dashboard.

Maintain log of needed environmental design building updates.

Maintain inventory of marketing equipment, supplies, collateral, and promotional items, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.

Write, proofread, and edit creative content across different mediums

Update and maintain Marketing Guidebook, including brand guidelines, glossary of terms, etc.

Schedule rotation of marketing information on video monitors throughout the Food Bank and at Community Food Center locations.

Marketing Process Management / Improvement

Manage process for receiving ongoing website updates with contractor and ACFB departments.

Builds Relationships and Coordinates with Internal and External Stakeholders

Work with various ACFB teams to obtain current information/stats for marketing collateral.

In collaboration with the Manager, Marketing, manage vendor relationships (request/receive quotes/estimates, facilitate and track orders, etc.).

Plans, coordinates resources, and hosts photographers/videographers onsite and offsite, as needed.

What You’ll Need: Skills and Experience your resume should demonstrate:

Attention to detail and meticulous execution of all projects.

Ability to collaborate and work cross-departmentally.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to stay extremely organized and to be detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment while working a hybrid schedule.

Experience taking photos/videos for publication

Familiarity with WordPress

Familiarity with GA4
