Job Description:
This role involves promoting the company’s skilled nursing services, identifying referral opportunities, and ensuring seamless patient transitions from hospital to facility. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, knowledge of healthcare services, relationships with hospital case managers and a passion for building partnerships to enhance patient care and facility growth.
Responsibilities:
Developing and executing marketing and outreach strategies to maintain census levels, build relationships with referral sources, and enhance the facility’s reputation in the community.
Develop and implement a marketing plan to maintain 90% occupancy rate.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with leadership to align marketing strategies with facility goals.
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community organizations.
Conduct regular outreach to referral sources to promote SNF services.
Coordinate facility tours and professional presentations for potential residents and referral partners.
Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a smooth referral and intake process.
Track and report referral trends, conversion rates, and census fluctuations.
