Key Responsibilities
Support Marketing Functions: Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns, encompassing digital, social media, email, and content marketing initiatives.
CRM Management: Aid in managing and updating our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and current customer information.
Brand Management: Help maintain and enhance our brand identity across all channels and customer touchpoints, ensuring consistency and quality.
Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, email newsletters, and website updates, reflecting the luxury and elegance of our brand.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and provide insights for optimization and improvement.
Collaborative Projects: Work cross-functionally with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to support integrated marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
