About the Role:

As our Marketing Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of our global marketing efforts, shaping campaigns that resonate across diverse markets. You will develop and execute comprehensive strategies that not only boost brand visibility and engagement but also establish strong PR and influencer partnerships. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of hands-on experience in D2C or global brand environments and possess a proven track record in innovative content and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Global Brand Strategy & Representation

Represent the company across global markets, managing PR initiatives and forging influential partnerships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and key industry stakeholders.

2. Campaign Development & Execution

Conceptualize and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Oversee the creation, production, and distribution of compelling content that aligns with our strategic objectives.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, refining strategies to maximize ROI.

3. Content & Social Media Leadership

Drive creative content ideation and ensure consistent, on-brand messaging across all platforms.

Develop and execute social media strategies to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.

Collaborate with creative teams to generate innovative ideas that capture global audiences.

4. Team Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Lead and mentor a dynamic marketing team, promoting a culture of innovation and accountability.

Coordinate with internal teams—including creative, product, and sales—to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.

Manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery of high-impact campaigns.

What You Have:

3+ years of practical marketing experience, ideally within D2C or global brand environments.

A robust background in PR, influencer marketing, and social media strategy, with proven success in executing campaigns on a global scale.

Exceptional creative and strategic thinking skills, with a strong ability to generate innovative ideas and compelling content.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to represent the brand at high-level engagements.

Knack for using AI and marketing tech-stack tools to improve quality and efficiency of all marketing KPIs
