Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing & PR Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies, manage media relations, and oversee PR campaigns. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and public relations, preferably in the aviation, technology, or startup sector. You will be responsible for building brand authority, increasing investor interest, and driving media exposure to support Panhwar Jet’s rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and PR strategies to promote Panhwar Jet.
Manage media relations by securing press coverage in top-tier publications, news outlets, and industry reports.
Create and oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and investor outreach efforts.
Plan and execute major PR campaigns around company milestones, including product launches, fundraising rounds, and the upcoming IPO.
Coordinate press releases, interviews, and media events to enhance brand visibility.
Lead content marketing efforts, including blog posts, articles, and investor-focused materials.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize reach.
Collaborate with leadership to craft compelling brand messaging that aligns with our vision and mission.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and public relations (experience in aviation, aerospace, or technology sectors preferred).
Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media coverage.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and brand positioning.
Experience in investor relations marketing is a plus.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, SEO, and content marketing.
