About the Role

As Sett’sfirst Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind all our marketing efforts. This role is as hands-on as it gets, where you’ll take charge of everything from content creation and demand generation to product marketing. You’ll have the freedom to build the marketing function from scratch while working closely with our CEO, founders, and other teams to position Sett as the go-to platform for mobile game marketers.

What You’ll Do

Build our marketing strategy: Work with the team to define our go-to-market strategy, then translate it into a clear, actionable marketing plan.

Lead demand generation: Take ownership of the pipeline—crafting campaigns, engaging prospects, and driving inbound leads on platforms like LinkedIn, email, and more.

Create standout content: Work with freelancers and experts to deliver blogs, videos, case studies, and thought leadership that resonate with our audience.

Shape our brand and product story: Develop messaging and positioning that make Sett’s value known and clear to mobile game marketers.

Understand our customers: Dive into their world—what they need, what they struggle with, what their day to day is like and how Sett can solve their biggest problems.

Measure and refine: Track marketing performance, analyze results, and continuously tweak our efforts to get the best outcomes.

Collaborate across the team: Partner with sales, product, and customer success to make sure our marketing aligns with broader goals.

Who You Are

You’ve done this before: You have at least 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally targeting gaming, creative, or ad tech industries.

You know your stuff: Whether it’s demand generation, content creation, or product marketing, you’re comfortable wearing multiple hats.

You can write and persuade: From a snappy LinkedIn post to a detailed blog, you know how to craft content that connects and converts.

You’re tech-savvy: Familiar with tools like CRMs, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms (like WordPress), and eager to try new, agile marketing tools like Canva or Veed.

You’re a natural problem solver: You find ways to make things happen, even when resources are tight.

You know the power of data: You can dive into metrics, spot trends, and use insights to make smart decisions.

You thrive in fast-paced environments: You’re proactive, organized, and ready to tackle the unknown with confidence.
