Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

Position Summary
Events are a key piece of Archer Aviation’s marketing strategy. We are looking for a marketing manager, based at our HQ in San Jose, CA, to assist with the planning and execution of these events. This is inclusive of both events hosted by Archer around key engineering and brand milestones, as well as 3rd party events hosted by the industry, media and our partners. An ideal candidate for this role would be a well-organized, detail-oriented planner that can communicate across teams and partners to execute world-class activations.
Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of regional marketing events, trade shows, and public engagements, ensuring successful representation of Archer.
Manage logistics such as budget, executive approvals, vendor relationships, event schedules, and overall logistics.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless coordination and execution.
A decent amount of travel will be needed to oversee the execution of these events and to ensure all elements are delivered to a high-standard.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in event management and marketing.
Proven track record of managing events, both small and large-scale, in the U.S. and internationally for a consumer-facing brand.
Evidence of exceptional ability working with executives, internal stakeholders, vendors and partners to produce world-class events and activations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work under high pressure deadlines and changing requirements.
Someone willing to travel regionally and internationally
Knowledge of the aviation industry, eVTOL technology, or sustainable transportation trends is a strong advantage.
A passion for innovation and a keen interest in shaping the future of urban transportation.
