Professional Experience Requirement

Corporate Experience: Minimum 8 years of professional experience, preferably within large businesses or luxury/premium/lifestyle brands.

Retail Marketing Focus: Proven expertise in offline retail marketing with a sound understanding of the Indian consumer landscape.

360 Campaign Execution: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated, 360-degree marketing campaigns (including seasonal launches, product unveilings, and promotions) that drive customer engagement and measurable ROI.

Direct Marketing & CRM: Experience in executing loyalty programs, VIP client engagement initiatives, and managing direct communication sales (e.g., email, WhatsApp, SMS).

Public Relations & Media

Media Relations: A well-established network with fashion/lifestyle media, journalists, and influencers.

PR Metrics Management: Experience in managing and tracking PR value, Share of Voice (SOV), and press sample ROI.

Event & Celebrity Management

Event Planning: Proven track record in conceptualizing and executing high-impact events and in-store activations.

Celebrity & Influencer Engagement: Experience in identifying, onboarding, and managing brand ambassadors or celebrity influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values.

Data-Driven & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Analytical Mindset: Ability to use analytics tools to track KPIs (e.g., organic traffic, social media growth, conversion rates, CTR) and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams (retail, operations, digital, merchandising) and managing stakeholders, including global brand teams and local partners.

Preferred Criteria

Luxury Experience: Prior experience specifically with luxury brands (jewelry, fashion, or beauty).

Educational Background: Preferably an MBA passout with an A+ or A grade from a reputed institution.
