Job Description:
This position is an integral part of TILL’s Marketing and Communication team and therefore is responsible for the consistent and accurate presentation of its services to all marketing efforts for the agency. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and Communication. Position is based in Dedham. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be a highly organized self-starter in digital communication. Raise awareness about TILL’s mission and unique programs and projects.As part of the marketing and communication team, you will be part of implementing internal and external communication strategies to promote TILL and its affiliate RewardingWork.org, the specialized online directory connecting people with disabilities to qualified workers.
Essential functions include identifying and outreaching to target audiences through digital channels, email marketing and direct mail, and collaborating on content creation. Proficiency with Constant Contact, Canva and Microsoft Office and Google Analytics.
Qualifications:
A minimum BA/BS is required and 1-2 years of experience, with progressive responsibilities in administration, marketing and working with state agencies and non-profits, is preferred. Proven successful experience in recruitment, marketing and outreach within the public or private sector. Must be a self-starter and possess excellent written and oral communication skills and excellent computer skills. Valid drivers’ license and car are required.

Pay: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour
