Job Title – reports to the Marketing Manager
Marketing Coordinator
Non-exempt position
The Position
Ashtel Studios is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to assist in campaign organization, implementation, and communications. This role will be crucial to the success of our marketing efforts and will help to achieve revenue goals and objectives for key initiatives, campaigns, and product launches. This is a full-time, in-house position that will report to the Brand and Marketing Managers.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
· Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans
· Coordinate the production of promotional materials and campaigns
· Work closely with internal team to align on project objectives, briefs, and deliverables
· Assist with social media platform scheduling and account management
· Assist with administrative duties on Shopify, Amazon, and other 3rd party marketplaces
· Demonstrate strong writing skills (previous copywriting experience is a plus)
Work Requirements and Skills Needed:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketing, or other relevant fields
· You’re a strong communicator, both written and verbal
· Problem solver with a positive, can-do attitude
· You have excellent time management with the ability to prioritize projects as needed
· Organizing and multi-tasking is your bread + butter
· You’re an eager learner with the desire to wear multiple hats
· You take direction and constructive critiques well while being able to work independently and can provide self-direction when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 – $58,000.00 per year
