Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Advertising Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be integral in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and advertising initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You will work closely with marketing managers and other team members to develop creative strategies that align with our brand’s goals.
Duties
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns using various analytics tools.
Coordinate the development of promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and advertisements.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure advertising deadlines are met.
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in digital marketing or advertising roles is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design software.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
