Duties

Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our software solutions.
Analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
Oversee territory management, ensuring optimal coverage and resource allocation for maximum impact.
Drive inside sales efforts, focusing on upselling existing clients while acquiring new customers.
Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed targets.
Skills
Proven experience in account management and sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficiency in conducting product demos that effectively communicate value propositions.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Experience in territory management, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Familiarity with technology sales processes and software solutions.
Excellent communication and customer relations skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships and teamwork.
Ability to work onsite in Hyattsville, MD
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
