About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team and help us tell compelling stories, grow our online presence, and engage meaningfully with our audience. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social trends, knows how to translate data into action, and brings a fresh perspective to brand-building in the digital space.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage day-to-day social media content across platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, account teams, etc.) to build campaigns aligned with brand goals and messaging.
Create and schedule engaging, on-brand content (graphics, copy, video, etc.) that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Monitor social media accounts, engage with community members, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Track performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Ensure content follows brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and tone across all platforms.
Qualifications
One to two years of proven experience in a social media or content marketing role.
Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices, tools (e.g., Hootsuite, SOCi, Sprout, etc.).
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a knack for crafting engaging, scroll-stopping content.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.) are a plus.
Familiarity with social media advertising and boosting strategies is a bonus.
A creative, resourceful, and proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with reputation management or community moderation is a plus.
