About The Role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing all marketing strategies and activities, including campaigns, promotions, events, and partnerships, to drive the company’s objectives and enhance brand visibility. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive multi-channel marketing plans across digital, print, and social platforms while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
The Marketing Manager leads and mentors the marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration, and works closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, merchandise, and product development to align efforts. By identifying market trends and opportunities, the Marketing Manager positions the brand effectively and develops strategies to boost its visibility and reputation. They are also accountable for managing key marketing metrics, monitoring campaign performance, and achieving project KPIs. Additionally, the role includes budget planning and management to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality. Regular analysis, progress monitoring, and detailed reporting to the Head of Marketing on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis are essential components of this position.
Oversee all marketing strategies including marketing campaigns, promotions, events, or partnership campaigns)
Oversee the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, etc.).
Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and Marketing Campaigns.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
Identify market trends and opportunities to position the brand effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, merchandise, or products.
Manage marketing key metrics and campaign results to achieve project KPIs.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively.
Ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Process the campaign, Analyze and monitor the progress of the particular campaign, and report to the Head of Marketing by weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Digital, or a related field.
At least 8 years of direct experience in Marketing Automation/Database, Digital Marketing, Mar-Tech, and Market Analysis.
Demonstrate ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
Be self-motivated, a strong leader, and able to work and adapt under pressure.
Good command of English both verbal and written.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media ad platforms)
