Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Dubai. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, overseeing digital marketing efforts, conducting market research, and analyzing market trends. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with other departments, managing the marketing budget, and reporting on campaign performance. The role requires a proactive individual who can liaise effectively with stakeholders and ensure the brand’s growth and market presence.
Qualifications
With minimum of 1 year experience in Real Estate is mandatory.
Strategic thinking and planning skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
Ability to conduct market research and analyze market trends
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in budget management and allocation
Ability to work independently and in a team
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
