Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as marketing, business administration, or equivalent).
At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a commercial or corporate environment.
Strong analytical skills and creativity in developing marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage a team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop marketing strategies and plans aimed at enhancing the brand and increasing market share.
Manage marketing campaigns across various channels (traditional, digital, and social media).
Analyze the market, understand customer needs, and work on developing products and services.
Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and analyze their results to identify opportunities and improvements.
Develop relationships with customers and distributors and participate in events and exhibitions to enhance marketing presence.
Manage the marketing team and organize daily activities to ensure efficient implementation of plans.
