Talent 360 is hiring for one of our clients Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
– Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
– Oversee the development of promotional campaigns to drive product awareness, increase sales, and improve customer engagement.

2. Market Research and Analysis:
– Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
– Use data analytics to assess the performance of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.

3. Brand Management:
– Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity across all marketing channels.
– Ensure consistency of brand messaging and positioning in all communications.

4. Campaign Management:
– Lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and email marketing.
– Track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.

5. Team Leadership:
– Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
– Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

6. Budget Management:
– Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to achieve marketing objectives.
– Monitor and report on spending, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective.

7. Content Creation:
– Work with content creators to produce compelling marketing materials, including blogs, videos, newsletters, and social media posts.

8. Public Relations:
– Manage external communications, media relations, and public-facing events or initiatives.
– Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, media, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Several years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
– Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
– Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing software, etc.).
– Knowledge of budget management and marketing metrics.

Working Conditions:

– Hybrid
– From Sunday to Thursday
– Friday are Saturday are off
– Flexible working hours
