Field Marketing Specialist
Unique Orthodontics is a leading provider of innovative orthodontic solutions committed to enhancing smiles and improving patient care. As we continue to expand, we seek a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Representative to join our team. This role will focus on building relationships with dental professionals and increasing brand visibility within the orthodontics community.
Job Summary:
The orthodontics field marketing representative will execute marketing initiatives that support the company’s orthodontic services. This role will require direct engagement with Dental practices and professionals, creating awareness of our solutions and driving demand through events, partnerships, and local outreach. You will drive to various locations to promote brand awareness and build relationships that help move our business forward. The ideal candidate is passionate about orthodontics, customer-centric, and can deliver impactful field marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture relationships with dental professionals and industry influencers to drive brand awareness and product adoption.
Execute inperson marketing programs and events, including seminars, product demonstrations, and continuing education opportunities for dental professionals.
Collaborate with the manager to align marketing strategies with sales goals and support leadgeneration activities.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and local networking functions to promote orthodontic products and services.
Gather customer insights and feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve product offerings.
Provide ongoing support to dental practices by offering promotional materials, product literature, and other resources to enhance their practice and patient experience.
Monitor and report on the success of marketing campaigns and events, ensuring objectives are met and resources are used effectively.
Develop localized campaigns and initiatives to drive customer engagement within the region.
Drop off referrals at dental offices to strengthen relationships and increase brand visibility.
Create and maintain a detailed report of all visited sites, including interactions and outcomes.
Utilize a company car equipped with a GPS tracking system to travel efficiently to various locations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in field marketing, sales, or related roles, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
Knowledge or experience in the dental or orthodontic field is a strong plus.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
Proven ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple marketing initiatives.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on marketing effectiveness.
Selfstarter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region to attend events and meet with clients.
