We are looking for a

collaborative

and

innovative

leader! You will collaborate with partners across Disney Experiences and Disney Entertainment to produce digital and social programming and campaigns primarily focusing on Disneyland Resort.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Synergy & Partnership Marketing.

This is a Full-Time role.

What You Will Do:

Lead creative, strategic, andimpactfulPartnership Marketing programs for Disneyland Resort, and other lines of business within Disney Experiences, across social and digital platforms.

Lead recurring meetings with teams to learn about upcoming priorities and discuss strategic integrations to pitch partnership opportunities.

Manage communications with multiple partners, focusing on relationship management andcollaboration.

Develop campaign one-sheets/plans that communicate the strategic approach, target audience, and critical metrics.

Project manage campaign execution timelines and budgets, while working with partners to acquire assets and messaging.

Run in-park productions from concept through launch, maintaining brand integrity for all partners.

Produce and present post-campaign analysis (calculating metrics such as reach/impressions and return on investment) foroptimizationand sharing key takeaways.

Supervise the promotional, social, and digital world on an ongoing basis to identify trends and behaviors and encourage new opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

6+ years of experience in marketing, promotions, communications, content creation, video production, and/or advertising agency industry.

Experience in client/account management andproject management.

Understanding of marketing techniques.

Outstandingteamworkand ability to collaborate with lines of business departments across Disney.

Familiarity with The Walt Disney Company and know how to engage with teams and cast members across the Marketing organization.

Experience and curiosity about the major social media platforms and their functionality, including Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, X, etc.

Education:

A bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, public relations, or equivalent experience.
