Position Title – Marketing Manager/Analyst II
Hourly Rate – $30.14 – $44.86
1 year contract / end date :3/2026
Hybrid schedule 3 days office depending on business needs.
Location – 95 Morton Street, Suite 200, New York , NY – 10014
Job Summary
– YouTube Strategy: Play a supporting role in a platform strategy refresh, partnering with Social Strategy, SEO, Content, and agency teams.
– Channel Management: Contribute to day-to-day channel management, such as design, layout, playlists, and overall channel health.
– Content Consulting: Work with internal content partners (Marketing, Learning, Developers, etc.) teams to review and adapt existing content to be fit for YouTube.
– Develop YouTube-First Concepts: Collaborate with the Social Creative team to brainstorm and develop engaging video and series concepts that align with our brand and target audience.
– Scriptwriting: Write compelling scripts that effectively convey our message using storytelling techniques.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a long-form video content creator managing a YouTube channel.
– Strong understanding of the YouTube platform and its algorithms.
– Excellent storytelling and scripting skills.
– Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
Bonus Points:
– Experience in video production for specific niches or industries.
– Knowledge of social media marketing and community management.
– Experience with live streaming platforms (e.g., Streamyard).
