Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven  Marketing Manager  in Mumbai with a strong background in developing and executing

innovative

marketing campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will oversee marketing , manage day-to-day operations, and drive lead generation to support our fashion and pageantry initiatives. You will have the

Job DutiesStrategic Planning:  Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our events, pageants, and initiatives.
Campaign Management:  Coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution and performance analysis.
Team Coordination:  Lead and mentor marketing assistants/interns to ensure effectivecollaborationand successful delivery of projects.
Lead Generation & Sales Support:  Identify potential leads, craft compelling campaigns, and support sales teams with targeted marketing materials.
Brand Messaging:  Uphold and enhance The International Glamour Project’s brand presence across various channels.

Job ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy Execution:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and offline events.
Monitor campaign budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI.
Content &Communication:
Oversee the creation of engaging content across digital platforms.
Ensure brand consistency and clearcommunicationof our value proposition.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Track and analyze key marketing metrics (e.g., conversions, engagement rates).
Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
Relationship Building:
Foster strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and potential sponsors to expand outreach.
Negotiate partnerships and collaborations to drive brand visibility.
Team Leadership& Development:
Mentor junior team members, providingregular feedbackand training.
Coordinate withcross-functional teams(sales, operations, creative) to align marketing goals with broader company objectives.
Qualifications    Experience:  2–3 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in the fashion, entertainment, or related industries.
Communication:  Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills; comfortable with client-facing andleadership roles.
Marketing

Skills:In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, lead generation tactics, anddata-driven decision-making.
Project Management:  Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Adaptability:  Flexible mindset with the ability to thrive in afast-paced, evolving environment.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
