We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the life insurance sector. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote life insurance products and services.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Create and manage engaging marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Oversee the creation of compelling content, including brochures, website copy, blogs, and social media posts.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and relevance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing required.
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand management.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
