Duties
Develop and manage email outreach campaigns for both cold and warm leads
Utilize CRM software to track and optimize outreach efforts
Build and maintain targeted email lists of event planners, corporate decision-makers, and conference organizers
Craft compelling email sequences that drive engagement and convert leads into bookings
Follow up strategically to nurture relationships and close deals
Analyze outreach performance and adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness
Requirements
Proven experience in email outreach, lead generation, and CRM management
Strong understanding of cold and warm email marketing best practices
Ability to personalize messaging and optimize open and response rates
Experience with email automation and tracking tools
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
