Xpressdocs is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the strategy, development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to drive lead generation, lead nurture activities, and customer retention. You will be responsible for defining a content marketing plan to attract, engage, and drive awareness among prospective and existing clients, through the sharing and promotion of relevant articles, videos and podcasts, leveraging both traditional and digital media. In this role, you will work closely with our content creation and email marketing team to provide guidance for the creation of marketing collateral, email, direct mail, digital ads, and more to support your lead generation and lead plans and campaign efforts. You will be responsible for lead validation and assignment in HubSpot and customer segmentation.
You should feel comfortable working independently, but also collaborating with the team and be confident in your presentation skills to help present to and educate your stakeholders.
In this position, you will:
Implement strategy for finding and converting leads and the retention efforts post conversion
Support the design, creation, and delivery of lead generation/lead nurture and retention campaigns and materials through digital paid ads, SEO, email, social media, and event channels
Create and manage both lead pipelines and conversions, as well as retention customer lifecycles
Brainstorm and collaborate with teams to develop ideas for campaigns/strategies
Work with internal teams to understand and define audiences
Conduct market research to understand buyer habits, competitors, and market trends
Assist in analyzing marketing data to help shape future lead generation/nurture strategies
Analyze campaign ROI and report on monthly KPIs
Create cross-marketing opportunities to expand product exposure and conversion
Undertake individual tasks as needed
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent experience acceptable
5 years’ experience in lead generation and/or lifecycle marketing
HubSpot experience preferred, but not required
Thorough understanding of lead generation and retention marketing
Excellent communication skills
Experience executing direct mail, email, and digital marketing campaigns
Thorough understanding of and experience in managing SEO
Strategic thinker with superior attention to detail
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges preferred
