As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll drive the strategy and execution of marketing efforts to elevate Pickaxe’s reputation, build excitement, and foster a passionate global community.
What You’ll Do
1. Build a Trusted, Iconic Brand
Establish a world-class brand strategy to position Pickaxe as the premium choice for crypto mining solutions.
Partner with founders to ensure all brand efforts reflect the company’s mission and values.
Implement branding standards that elevate Pickaxe to a level of exclusivity and prestige.
2. Drive Multi-Channel Excellence
Start and scale campaigns social platforms while working to dominate KPIs.
Develop creative, data-driven campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and loyalty across:
Podcasts, events, email campaigns, and SEO-optimized websites.
Sponsorships (sports, events, influencers), PR campaigns, and billboards.
Cross-branding initiatives with complementary industries like wealth management and tax solutions.
3. Build Strategic Partnerships
Identify and cultivate high-value partnerships with aligned brands and organizations.
Pursue collaborations that drive customer acquisition and brand synergy (e.g., cross-branding like United and Turo).
4. Create Immersive Experiences
Design an engaging, physical brand experience at headquarters, showcasing crypto mining through interactive displays, server racks, and multimedia storytelling.
Develop customer journeys that immerse stakeholders in the Pickaxe story.
5. Strengthen Online Reputation
Establish Pickaxe on major review platforms and consistently secure high ratings.
Develop initiatives to collect, manage, and amplify customer testimonials.
6. Measure Success and Iterate
Set clear KPIs to evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
Report directly to leadership on key metrics like customer acquisition, brand reach, and market share growth.
