A podcaster and entrepreneurs’ office is seeking an experienced in-person Content Creator with a strong background in developing engaging reels and short-form video content for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
This role involves working on-site to capture, create, and optimize content that aligns with the brand’s vision. The ideal candidate has advanced experience in creating platform-specific content and knows how to leverage trends to maximize engagement.
Responsibilities: **
Attend in-person recordings, events, and meetings to capture high-quality video content.
Develop and edit platform-optimized reels, shorts, and video content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Stay current on trends, algorithms, and platform-specific best practices to create high-performing content.
Implement creative concepts to produce visually appealing and engaging videos.
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to align video content with overarching brand strategies and campaigns.
Optimize videos for performance metrics like engagement, reach, and conversion on each platform.
Organize and maintain a content library for repurposing and future use.
Requirements:
Proven experience in creating and optimizing high-performing reels and video content for social media platforms.
Advanced proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) and familiarity with mobile editing apps.
Strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Ability to attend on-site recordings and events as part of daily responsibilities.
Excellent storytelling and creative direction skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 25 per week
