Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Lead and mentor the marketing team while fostering a culture of
innovation
and excellence
Drive demand generation and lead nurturing programs across multiple geographies
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including analysts, media, and vendors
Strategies and execute digital marketing initiatives including SEO, paid campaigns, and social media
Plan and execute marketing events (negotiations, logistics, promotions)
Develop and maintain relationships with industry analysts and manage PR activities
Create and implement measurement frameworks to track marketing ROI
Collaborate with sales team to ensure marketing-sales alignment and achieve revenue goals
Required Skills & Knowledge
Proven experience in B2B marketing, specifically in cybersecurity or technology sector
Demonstrable track record in growth marketing and demand generation
Strong expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, and social media
Experience in managing global marketing campaigns, particularly in the US market
Proven ability in
strategic planning
and execution of marketing initiatives
Excellence in stakeholder management and
cross-functional collaboration
Budget management
and ROI tracking expertise
Strong analytical and
data-driven decision-making

Skills:
Digital Marketing certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads)
Marketing automation platform expertise (Marketo, Hub Spot, or similar)
8-10 years of overall marketing experience
Minimum 5 years in B2B technology/services, preferred if from cybersecurity tech
At least 3 years in a managerial role leading team
Proven experience working with US market and global teams
