The Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team as a relentless executor of high quality work across multiple specialties. We have laid the groundwork by identifying a tight definition of our Ideal Customer Profile, creating a unique point of view that resonates, and completing a brand and website refresh. Now, we are looking for someone to execute the strategy we’ve laid out across email, social media, digital advertising, and events while maintaining a strong focus on analytics and performance metrics. You will collaborate across departments, manage external vendors, and lead efforts to engage and grow our audience.

You will play a critical role in driving Enertiv’s marketing efforts by executing a diverse range of initiatives that elevate our brand, engage our audience, and support our sales goals. Success in this role requires a data-driven mindset, exceptional project management skills, and a deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Email Marketing:

Manage the newsletter list and maintain audience segmentation.

Plan, create, and send engaging email newsletters and updates.

Set up and optimize automated email drip campaigns.

Content Marketing:

Publish blogs and maintain consistent content updates on the website.

Manage LinkedIn content strategies for founder, head of sales and company

Maintain and execute a detailed content calendar.

Event Coordination:

Plan and coordinate webinars, including setup, invites, and follow-ups.

Assist with the logistics of physical and virtual events.

Design and Collateral Creation:

Oversee instructions, iterations and approvals of design projects via our outsourced designed team for decks, one-pagers, website updates, and more.

Advertising and Demand Generation:

Manage LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns, optimizing for performance.

Monitor and synthesize ABM (Account-Based Marketing) signals to support sales.

Website Management:

Perform updates to the company website and ensure content is accurate and in line with our most recent knowledge of our customers.

Publish innovation updates across the website, newsletters, and social channels.

Product Marketing:

Share product updates through Intercom and other relevant channels.

Ensure innovation updates are communicated effectively to all audiences.

Data and KPIs:

Record and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy.

Gifting and Engagement:

Coordinate gifting programs for prospects, customers, and key partners.
