Job Purpose:
Managing and minting the marketing plans for residential and off-plan projects. Following all duties and responsibilities related to Real Estate portfolio sales and marketing according to the portfolio strategy, following the real estate affairs which including the appropriate license and permits. Experience in marketing and sales campaign for residential centers.
Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns
Plans, designs, implements and monitors marketing campaigns.
Marketing Plans
Creates comprehensive marketing plans to boost brand image, increase customer engagement and improve conversions.
Digital Channels
Manages and optimizes different digital channels like email, social media, search, and website.
Monitor Trends
Monitors and forcasts marketing and sales trends related to defined AU Real Estate projects. Measures the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies.
Market Research
Conducts market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends. Devises and evaluates methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionaires, and opinion polls. Gathers data on consumers, competitors and market conditions.
Marketing Budget
Develops, manages, and monitors the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with business goals and providing regular forecasts and updates on expenditures. Review and ensure cost-effectiveness across all marketing activities.
Marketing Activities
Manages outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.).
External Clients
Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
Convert Data
Converts complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports.
Customer Lifecycle
Executes and coordinates customer lifecycle communication strategies and campaigns across current channels to drive customer engagement and retention.
Brand Awareness
Collaborates with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or Social Sciences
8+ years’ experience in marketing
High quality of making reports and presentations.
Communication skills and tactful in talking
Critical thinking skills to adapt best marketing procedures
Strong analytical experience
