Integrity 9 is seeking a sharp, driven, and competitive individual to join our organization as a Talent Marketing Associate. This role will involve performing new sales activities, management of existing partnerships, and assisting in the brand development for our talent roster, which includes collegiate and professional athletes, musicians, and influencers. Previous experience in social media management and client relations with athletes and/or sports organizations is required.
Responsibilities for this role will include:
Provide research & perform analytics needed to secure/win new business.
Conduct outreach to potential brand sponsors on behalf of clients on the talent roster.
Support the development of content for various social media channels.
Create presentations, graphics, and proposals for prospective talent roster clients.
Brainstorm creative campaign ideas for clients in talent/influencer space.
Research industry trends and best practices in talent/influencer space.
Maintain CRM’s, proposals, campaign trackers, and rate card spreadsheets.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Proven success in managing talent, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
Thorough understanding of all social media platforms and current social media trends.
Experienced in managing deliverables for talent sponsorships and endorsements.
Quality content/graphic creation skills.
Experience in developing and managing a brand strategy.
Strong project management knowledge and skills.
