Barnes International Realty Dubai  Job Overview:  As the 360° Marketing Manager, you will work closely with and support the Marketing Director, playing a pivotal role in developing and executing end-to-end marketing initiatives. You’ll drive brand growth, enhance client engagement, and position us as the premier choice for luxury real estate. This role also involves managing partnerships, coordinating events and campaigns, and maintaining client
communication
through newsletters.
You will be interacting closely with the sales team on a day-to-day basis and receiving and coordinating inquiries from them.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management: Â Uphold and enhance the luxury positioning of the brand through compelling storytelling, design, and messaging. Partnership Management: Â Manage strategic partnerships that align with our brand and enhance visibility in the luxury sector. Campaign Coordination: Â Plan and manage multichannel marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across traditional and digital platforms. Content Creation & Management:
Coordinate the preparation of high-quality print materials such as brochures, magazines, and other marketing collateral – together with the graphic designer. Create compelling content tailored for brokers, partners, and advertising campaigns. Showcase excellent storytelling and editing skills across digital and print platforms. Produce copy for different mediums, such as social media, newsletters, presentations, etc.  Event Planning & Execution:  Plan, organize, and execute property showcases, networking events, and corporate functions.
