Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achievesales targets; should have B2B or B2C sales experience. Generate leads through calls or meetings. Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them. Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitors. Present and demonstrate products or services to clients. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 1-2 years of experience in sales.Proven track recordof meeting or exceedingsales targets. Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently. Good time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
